What is LiuRen Oracle?

LiuRen Oracle offers AI-powered readings based on Xiao Liu Ren (小六壬), a classical Chinese divination method refined over a thousand years. Ask your question, and within seconds the chart is cast and a full interpretation is delivered.

All readings are for entertainment, cultural appreciation, and self-reflection purposes only — they are not professional advice of any kind.

Is it free to try?

Yes. Every new account starts with 3 free full readings — no credit card required. Once those are used, single Basic readings start at $1.

How do reading credits work?

Buying an Advanced Reading ($2.99) or a Pack of 3 ($6.99) adds credits to your account. When your result is ready, you can spend one credit to unlock the complete advanced interpretation for that question.

One credit unlocks one complete advanced reading, and credits do not expire.

What payment methods do you accept?

One-time purchases (Basic, Advanced, and Pack 3) accept major cards, Apple Pay, and Alipay, with additional local payment methods shown automatically based on your region.

The Monthly Unlimited subscription requires a card or Apple Pay. Subscriptions renew automatically each month, which requires a payment method that supports recurring charges — one-time methods such as Alipay or Pix cannot be used for subscription billing.

How does the Monthly Unlimited subscription work?

Monthly Unlimited ($9.99/month) lets you unlock full readings as often as you like while the subscription is active — every question receives the complete interpretation without spending any credits.

It renews automatically each month. You can cancel anytime, and your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime through the subscription management link in your purchase confirmation email, or via Creem’s customer portal.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then, and no further charges will be made.

What is your refund policy?

Readings are digital content delivered instantly, so all sales are final once a reading has been generated.

If a technical failure on our side prevents delivery of a paid reading, contact us within 7 days at liurenoracle@outlook.com and we will re-deliver the reading or issue a refund at our discretion.

Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; partial-period refunds are not provided.

Why does my bank statement show CREEM?

Payments are processed by Creem, our payment partner and Merchant of Record. This means “CREEM” may appear on your card or Alipay statement instead of “LiuRen Oracle” — this is normal and refers to your purchase from us.

Creem handles payment security and applicable taxes on our behalf.
