1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LiuRen Oracle ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

LiuRen Oracle provides digital divination readings based on Xiao Liu Ren (小六壬), a traditional Chinese divination method. Interpretations are generated by artificial intelligence and delivered instantly through the website.

The Service includes free trial readings and paid offerings, including single readings, reading packs, and monthly subscriptions.

3. Entertainment Purposes Only

All readings and interpretations provided by the Service are for entertainment, cultural appreciation, and self-reflection purposes only.

Nothing in the Service constitutes professional advice of any kind — including but not limited to medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Do not make significant life, health, legal, or financial decisions based on a reading. Always consult a qualified professional for such matters.

We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any reading, and we are not responsible for any actions you take based on content provided by the Service.

4. Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

5. Purchases, Pricing, and Refunds

All prices are listed in US Dollars. Payments are processed by Creem, our payment processor and Merchant of Record, which is also responsible for applicable taxes. By making a purchase, you also agree to Creem’s terms of service.

Readings are digital content delivered immediately upon payment. Given this instant delivery, all sales are final and non-refundable once the reading has been generated.

If a technical failure on our side prevents delivery of a paid reading, contact us within 7 days and we will re-deliver the reading or issue a refund at our discretion.

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial-period refunds are provided.

6. AI-Generated Content

Interpretations are generated by artificial intelligence. Output may vary between readings, even for similar questions. We do not guarantee that generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or free of errors.

You retain the right to read, save, and share the readings generated for you for personal, non-commercial use.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service — including its design, text, branding, and underlying software — is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service except for your personal readings as described above.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to probe, disrupt, or overload the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, bulk-download, or resell readings or any other content
• Impersonate others or create accounts through automated means
• Abuse free-trial mechanisms, including by creating multiple accounts

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost data, or decisions made in reliance on a reading — arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including disclaimers and limitations of liability — shall survive.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong, except where applicable consumer law grants you the right to bring claims in your local courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
